Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Are the pups raised in the house?
Yes, all of our puppies come from families.

  2. Do you guarantee your puppies?
Yes, see our health warranty policy.

  3. Do your pups have shots and D-wormings?
Of course, they come with at least the first series of shots and current dewormings plus if shipped, they will have a fecal exam for parasites. But it is the buyer's responsibility to provide further d-wormings and shots if needed.

  4. Are prices negotiable?
We are working with different breeders at a low profit margin on most puppies. We will be glad to honor our discounts. and we can try to negotiate prices but if the puppy you are interested is already below $400, chances for a lower price are minimal. Also, most puppies will be reducing their prices if they are not sold within 2 weeks and every 2 weeks.
If you are interested in negotiating a price, you can try at this link. Just keep in mind that this service is not guaranteed.

  5. Are your puppies potty trained? House broken?
Sorry we don't include or guarantee any kind of trainings. Most breeders focus only on puppies health and avoid contagious or communicable diseases and good nutrition of our puppies. Since breeders are required to keep these puppies unexposed to the outside environments for the safety reasons. Trainings are never guaranteed and it is the buyer's responsibility to provide any further trainings. So far most of our customers claim that their puppies either came potty trained or became potty trained quickly.

  6. Are you a puppy mill? Do you get your puppies from puppy mills?
We are NOT puppy mills, we do NOT get our puppies from Puppy mills, we do NOT work with Puppy Mills and we do not support puppy mills,
We are are a local breeder business which ensure there is a physical and psychological health environment for all puppies and breeding dogs. Please visit our hiring page at www.abcpuppy.com

  7. Can we contact the breeder to ask questions about their dogs?
We are sorry but we can't release the breeder's information for the following reasons.

    • CSpuppies is not a dog classifieds website that connects breeder's to sellers. (We are not like puppyfind, terrificpets of nextdaypets. All our puppies are represented by CSpuppies.
    • At CSpuppies, both parties (breeders and buyers) are protected under CSpuppies privacy policy. All questions or concerns must be directed to CSpuppies.
    • CSpuppies spends thousands of dollars each month on nationwide advertising and it is our best interest to keep all buyers as our own customers (not the breeder's customers). This also applies to returning customers (which is around 15% to 35% of all sales). If we display the breeder's information it is most likely for the customer to buy directly from the breeder.
    • For liabilities issues, all warranties and guaranties come from CSpuppies. If there is any discrepancy/problem related to a pet, all questions or concerns must be directed to CSpuppies.

For happy and successful experiences please refer to our "Reference Page".

  8. Why are some puppies more expensive than others?
Prices are simply relative, it all depends on the breeders opinion, color, face characteristics, gender, beauty "which is a relative concept" we don't have an specific answer to what some may consider cuter than others. Prices are not related to health issues at all.

  9. Is your website secure?
Yes, our website is secure. All payment pages start with https:// (unlike regular websites that start with http://.

  10. Can I come and see the puppies before I pay for it?
Due to the nature of the our Network, we can only arrange an appointment or a visit for one puppy at a time since we don't have a pet store where all puppies can be seen. For visit information refer to our Contact page.

  11. What can you tell me about an specific dog's personality, temperament, demeanor?
Sure we will try, keep in mind that all our puppies have cute, playful & sweet personalities and 90% of the time we can't see any difference from one to another at the time of video taking. But as you can see on our references, all these pups were randomly selected and all of our customers are very happy and I am sure that you won't get disappointed.

  12. Why do you give them ID numbers instead of names?
    For many reasons.
    A. For organizational purposes since this is the best way to recognize a puppy and avoid conflicts
    B. To avoid name conflicts, If we do that, you will see the same name several times on different puppies since they are from different breeders.
    C. This is the first thing you will change If you don't like the name so in most cases naming a puppy will not serve any purpose.

NOTE: naming a puppy is so easy, simply use a treat when renaming a puppy and within a week or less your puppy will respond to his/her new name.

  13. Do you have any breeders in my state and city?
No sorry, we only work locally since all breeders must go through some requirements.

  14. What do I need to pick up the puppy at the airport?
ID and the confirmation/booking number "Sent by email after payment is received".

  15. Can I let someone else pick up the dog for me?
Yes, but you must complete & fax the Pickup/Release form.

  16. How old can the youngest puppy be to be if I want to buy one?
They have to be at least 2 months of age or older. (the older the better).

  17. Can I have your vet's number to call for reference?
No, for references you can check our reference page here.
You are allowed to talk to our vet once you have placed an order and he has issued a health certificate of your puppy under your name.
A few months ago we had his information posted on CSpuppies and everybody was calling our vet just to ask general questions about our service interrupting his valuable time, he didn't even know what dog they were talking about and of course he was not happy with that since he does not get paid to work as a reference source. Keep in mind that he has to assist his other important clients too. But he will be more than happy to answer your questions about your puppy after a health certificate has been issued under your name.

  18. Do you sell teacup Puppies?
First of all, the names "teacups, mini tiny, mini toys, or tiny toys" are just names given by buyers or breeders and they are not official names to identify their breed's size.

We don't intentionally sell teacup puppies because they are harder to produce, to ship, to keep alive, etc. to learn more about why size matters click here. We do sell them because they may be the runt of the litter and may grow smaller than expected, there will be a significant difference in price though.

  19. Can I have a video clip of an specific puppy?
Sorry but due to the nature of our transactions we are not able to video clip all of our puppies, only to a few of them. Video clips takes large amounts of time and to arrange this it is almost impossible to do it to all puppies. However you are guaranteed to have at least 8 high resolution photos of each puppy which are updated on our website every 15 days.
